Mobilair Project at the CityMinds Summer School 2025, Thessaloniki Greece
The Mobilair Project was a featured participant in the CityMinds Summer School 2025, an inspiring week dedicated to collaboration, learning, and innovation in urban mobility. The event, organized by the Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT) and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) with support from EIT Urban Mobility, brought together a dynamic group of students and professionals to explore the future of transportation.
During the Summer School’s main program, the Mobilair Project’s innovative approach was presented to an international audience. The presentation focused on the project’s core components: its mobile application and the methodology for encouraging travel behavior change through digital nudging in Thessaloniki. This provided a valuable opportunity to showcase a practical application of technology aimed at fostering more sustainable urban mobility patterns. The event was a vibrant hub of knowledge exchange with students and professionals from 10 EU countries with backgrounds in urban mobility. The diverse gathering allowed for the sharing of unique experiences and insights, deepening the understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities.
